AT home workouts are extremely important these days for not only our physical well being, but also for our mental well being. Having workouts that are easily accessible makes working out at home much more fun and easy! That is why most of my workouts that I provide, I encourage to do with music.

I compiled a list, below, of tips and tricks to making your at home glute workout feel safe and fun!
Basic squat
Inhale as your lower down
Exhale as you stand up
Stand with your feet hips width distance apart
Shift your weight into your heels
Engage your core to relieve some of the low back pressure
Squeeze your glutes together as you stand up
Stay low and pulse
Pulse from your hips, rather than your knees
Tiny movements here
Sink down low
Squat with calf raise
Come high onto your toes as you stand up
Stack your toes over your heels
Squeeze both your glutes and your calves as you stand
To modify - take this one heel at a time
Alternating leg lift
Bring your foot up in line with your hip as you lift your foot off the ground
Flex through the lifted foot
Lunges
Keep your knee behind your toes
Engage your core to help with balance
Sumo Squat
Heels point in, toes point out
Shoulders stacked over your hips
Keep a flat back, pull your belly button in towards your spine
